T he artistic ability of people never ceases to amaze us and this time, a woman surprised everyone at an MLB stadium by playing the U.S. National Anthem, but not with a musical instrument, but with a handsaw and a violin bow.

This striking performance of the U.S. National Anthem occurred at RingCentral Coliseum, prior to the game between the Boston Red Sox and Oakland Athletics.

Caroline McCaskey, originally from the state of California, met with the Athletics' ninth-team managers and was invited to perform this skit on Sunday, where she couldn't miss it. Sitting on a bench and with a microphone near her legs, she swung the saw blade along with a violin bow to sing her country's anthem.

The notes were perfectly interpreted and he managed to do with the bow and saw what was needed so that the sound made sounded like the famous melody of The Star-Spangled Banner.

After a little more than a minute and a half, McCaskey was applauded by the fans who were already in the seats of the Oakland Athletics diamond to watch their team's game against Boston.

The woman who performed the U.S. National Anthem with a handsaw on Sunday is a musical virtuoso.

She can play the violin, viola and cello. She has a master's degree in music from the Lamont School of Music and has won countless competitions in this field, as well as participating in events of international stature. She currently teaches the instruments she plays at the university where she received her degree.
