Imported PCD die blanks , it can be processed into square shape , hexagon shape , flat shape , triangle shape ,self-round shape , and other shape of customer require ,which is used for flat copper wire , flat zipper wires , square wires , stainless steel shaped wire . Its feature is longer working life , higher precision , better abrasive-resistant .
Mono & Natural diamond dies
Natural diamond is very higher abrasive-resistant and beautiful wire surface drawing . It is used for all fine metal wire to reduce wastage , improve the surface of drawing .
Mono diamond's feature is similiar with Natural diamond . Drawing surface is very fine , good polishing . Hole can keep well in round shape when drawing . It is used for fine metal wires. Like copper , golden wire , silver wire and so on .
Tungsten carbide dies
Choosing superior tungsten carbide material which can be processed die into all kinds of shapes holes ,these material is suitable for copper ,iron ,aluminium , stainless steel and so on other bar & pipe for drawing ,extrution ,etc.
Use high quality tungsten carbide nib , high level casing process technology , high abrasive-reistant , better thermal conductivity and so on other features . It suitable for drawing all metal wires , pipes , and bars . Hole range is 0.5-100mm .
